When our service operates on a funeral home's behalf, we process call and message content, caller-provided details, and related records on that funeral home's behalf.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data owned by funeral homes
When we operate on a funeral home's behalf, the call recordings, transcripts, and family details our assistant captures belong to that funeral home. We process this data as a service provider under the funeral home's direction. If a funeral home cancels, it keeps its data and we delete our copy on request.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
