These Terms govern your use of That Call You Missed ("TCYM," "we," "us"), a 24/7 AI receptionist service for funeral homes operated by Aspire Digital LLC, and this website. By using the service or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
The service
TCYM provides an AI receptionist ("Grace") that answers calls, web chats, and emails in a funeral home's own name, captures caller details, books appointments, and pages the funeral home's on-call director when a person is needed. We train the assistant on information the funeral home provides. We do not replace a funeral home's staff or professional judgment.
Payment terms
- There is no setup fee.
- The service is $397 per month, beginning when Grace goes live for your funeral home.
- No per-call fees, no minimum commitment, and no long-term contract.
- You may cancel the monthly service at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
Fair use
The flat $397 per month covers the typical call volume of a funeral home, whether you run a single location or several. There are no per-call fees and no surprise charges. If your usage is sustained far beyond typical funeral-home volume (for example, call-center-scale traffic), we will discuss it with you in good faith and, if a different plan is warranted, agree to it in writing at your next renewal with at least 30 days' written notice. We will never add overage charges to your bill without that conversation.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy within 30 days of Grace going live, cancel and we refund every payment you have made, no questions asked. Cancel before go-live and you owe nothing, since nothing is billed until Grace is answering your phones. The guarantee clock starts when Grace is actually answering your phones, not during setup.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for approving how Grace represents your funeral home before it goes live, and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including consumer and consent laws for the calls and messages you direct us to handle.
SMS program terms
Program: That Call You Missed SMS.
Message types: transactional and account messages (such as onboarding and setup updates, appointment and discovery-call reminders, and service notifications), and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages and alerts.
Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Opt back in: re-submit the form with consent. Help: reply HELP or email hello@madebyaspire.com.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle SMS opt-in data.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspire Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
